It was a beautiful day in Melbourne today. It finally felt like #frocktober even if the sun decided to hide for a little while this afternoon. It does make for some cool lighting. #trans #transjoy #frockingFabulous #spring #Melbourne
#frocktober day 20: TGIF in my self-made, glow-in-the-dark planetary Washi dress. I’m 2/3 of the way to my target, so if you can help the @ocrf fund vital research into ovarian cancer, please donate here: https://www.frocktober.org.au/my-fundraising/4152/kristine-howard. 🪐❤️👗

I'm Frocking Up to raise funds for Australia's most lethal gynaecological cancer - ovarian cancer. The five-year survival rate for ovarian cancer in Australia is just 49%, meaning those diagnosed get less than half a chance of surviving five years from their diagnosis. I want to help change the statistics and give those diagnosed with ovarian cancer a greater chance of survival. Research is the answer. Please help me support the vital work of the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF), and the dedicated researchers they fund, by making a donation to my page. Every dollar counts!

#frocktober day 19: a little blue floral Dangerfield dress (again, paired with shorts because I’m a giant). We had a really inspiring #sydtechleaders meetup tonight focused on mental health. Thanks to everyone who attended and especially our amazing speakers. ❤️👗
#frocktober day 17: plaid shirtdress from Uniqlo. TIL that less than 20% of new ovarian cancer cases are diagnosed at Stage 1, but those that are have a greater than 90% chance of survival. This is why early detection is so crucial! Donate to the OCRF here: https://www.frocktober.org.au/my-fundraising/4152/kristine-howard ❤️👗

#frocktober day 14: VOTE YES. #yes23 (Dress is Made590 Edie in Geranium.) 👗❤️🇦🇺
#frocktober day 13: feeling like a proper hacker in my hacked self-made Seamwork Laurel. 😎 The fabric is printed all over with binary 1s and 0s. 👗❤️
#frocktober day 10. This is an old favourite, a self-made Seamwork Laurel in thrifted fabric. Did you know ovarian cancer ranks 5th in cancer deaths for women? Donate to the OCRF to help find a cure: https://www.frocktober.org.au/my-fundraising/4152/kristine-howard 👗❤️

#frocktober day 7 - the AWS dress v2! Today I gave the keynote at the AWS Community Day in Pune, India. So fun! Thank you to the organisers for inviting me. ❤️👗
Being basically a giant means that dresses that are normal length on others are a bit, uh, brief on me. So for #frocktober day 5 I paired my beautiful ruffly Made590 Vera dress (in Rifle Paper Co. fabric!) with a pair of shorts. Today I learned that there are few early signs of ovarian cancer, and in some cases it can be asymptomatic until it advances to the later stages. Donating to the OCRF to fund research can help. 👗❤️ https://www.frocktober.org.au/my-fundraising/4152/kristine-howard

#frocktober Day 4: It’s super humid in Singapore so today you get a hotel room selfie. I went for thematic with my self-made palm frond Seamwork Benning (the pilot for the #awsdressv2). Today’s fact is that if ovarian cancer is detected in the earliest stages, a 90% chance of survival is possible - that’s why the OCRF are funding projects for early detection tests. Your donation helps! 👗 https://www.frocktober.org.au/my-fundraising/4152/kristine-howard
