I'll be leading a series of four weaving experiences at the library branch near my house as part of my Weaving Community work this year. I just cut a large loom for demonstration, and I'm pretty stoked about it!

I've produced 80 frame looms for Art Squared, an annual art fair and competition in Indianapolis, as giveaways from The Church Within. It was a lot of laser cutting! They are lovely, though, and this is a great prototype for my Creative Placemaking events that'll run in 2024. Stoked!

@fttdennis and I made a small stack of looms today from the frames from cheap, stretched canvases that the paintings had been removed from (and cut into strips for weaving), and tiny nails. Slow going, but they'll work great for this interactive installation I'm working toward!
