Just before 2100z, Lukashenka is already speaking, but it's not a typical laid out New Year Address. Lots of production was put into it. Runs // on Pershyi Natsionalnyi Kanal (1st National Channel) and on Radius FM, both "public" stations. #fmdx #NewYear2026 Oh, there's even a mocked phone call XD
