So my husband is currently at the Atlanta airport with a flight of people from Boston Logan via JetBlue who are all waiting on their luggage. The flight landed two hours ago (about 9:30pm EDT). Not an employee in sight to tell people what is going on; no one helpful by phone either. I’m out of the loop on this topic…is JetBlue about to go under? Or is this just a standard business practice they get away with, given minimal consumer protections in this country? #USA #JetBlue #flyingsucks
One more followup because this trip honestly couldn't have gone more poorly: did you know those baggage receipts that they give you actually don't mean anything? Like they do NOT, in fact, tell you where your bag is. They only tell people how your day should have gone & therefore where the bag might be.
