If the corporate management wants to take credit for growth, they must also be first on the chopping block when it's time for layoffs.

Don't want those thousands of workers any more? Then the management have screwed up and they must bear responsibility. #FireTheCEO before considering laying off any workers.

Oh, C-suite management don't like that idea? You think #PrecariousWork would be scary? Damned straight. So worker's jobs should be as secure if not more than the CEO's.
