Tbh I really relate to what f1nn5ter said in his last video. Living in a latin american country has made it quite hard for me to 1. define what the fuck I am and 2. preventing people from debating my whole existence. I always felt it sucks sm when people try to be all-knowing and try to force an identity that doesn't belong to f1nn5ter into f1nn5ter, and I relate to it because for years people have called me a "transvestite" (and most of the time in a derogatory way) which I am not
. Recently I was talking to who probably is my trans best friend about this whole "egg" culture which at first sounds very funny and wholesome, but when you look at how people end up using that word you realize it becomes nothing but a tool to minimize, stereotype and ultimately invalidate the trans experiences (I'm not saying that an "egg" is an inherently transphobic expression though, I'm just saying that people end up making it into a transphobic term because of the fucked up ways they use it). I'm happy for f1nn5ter that he finally found a nice supporting community that made him comfortable enough to come out as genderfluid though! I hope this help us all to realize we don't know everything and most importantly, our identity is ours and just like nobody can tell us what we are we can't tell anybody who they are.
