王婉瑜的521發言稿把程序被暴力破壞的問題，講得蠻清楚的。議事手段是種武器，但當動用得過分、連基本價值和框架都沒有，等於體制的存在都不存在了。
至於黃國昌被造神的過程，只能說，有黃也會有賴中強，有走歪的人也仍有堅持的人。所以西方的政治思想反對造神造偶，每個人都是有缺點有錯誤的凡人，必須被不信任，否則政治的討論和設計也沒必要採取權力的分立和制衡。
然而，民主是個運作成本高昂的體制。最終民主的韌性仍取決於公民素質（最近美國也因總統大選陷入類似的困境，更不用說拉丁美洲很多學習年輕美國體制的設計，也陷入了強人政治。體制有其限制）。
另外，一個人平常的待人處事都是有跡可循的，不會一夕變壞。作為經歷過T大學運社團和法律系，還有曾經的校園與街頭政治，完全明白檯面上一些政治人物的（黑）歷史和爭議—所有的選擇和交換。
昨天聽阿苗舉例，如果今天有媒體對立委進行報導調查，一樣可以把媒體叫來問話的，立法權整個大幅侵蝕司法權和權力分立的獨立性😌今天大家在乎的是整個體制的毁壞，而遵守體制、或至少有好好討論來改變，應該是很多人的底線

I'm old enough to remember the young men of our country getting draft notices to go to "a police action" in Vietnam.
Our young people (& many others in the country) felt it was pretty unjust to send them off to fight & die at 18 years of age, yet they couldn't drink a beer or even vote in an election.
We fought for that right for our boys & girls back in the 1960s & we won.
We just need to remember that feeling we had then & put it toward keeping the elected GOPs, from mayors to US Senators, & the conservative federal & SCOTUS judges across yhis land from completely taking away our voting rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, immigration rights, abortion & womens' rights, teachers' rights, medical care, veterans' rights & so much more.
