The Windows machine can't play any streaming video without a hitch in playback. Sometimes it skips 5-10fps in a 24fps stream.
The Debian machine goes into hard lock when you plug the HDMI cable into it and has to be rebooted. It can't stream anything from Mubi. If you play 1080 or above video through VLC it hitches for two seconds on first play.
The 11" can't stream video smoothly at all. Can't even watch 240 youtube.
Two of these machines *still* have higher spec than most new computers sold today.
This is completely insane.
