Earlier today i went #offline for just a bit more then four hours, i totally turned off my #smartphone and #laptop and did not use any screen, it felt that i had way more time :)

I was cleaning up some stuff, did listen to the radio (3,5 meter radio) and just did nothing and it was nice!.

Also went on my #balcony and made some shots with my old #digitalcamera, it's having a screen but i did not count it as cheating.

I am thinking about #introducing #screenlesssunday in the future, i like the fact to remind me and #experince what it is without those #smartdevices.

interesting #study (here’s summary) shows that the #sense of our own #self is more fluid than we may think. and moreover, it can change after we start thinking of anything (especially of other persons). so, in a sense, we are more than a individual #consciousness, and we’re like some sort of “collective self-perceptive essence”, which change constantly every time it (i.e. we all, each of us) meet another part of self (i.e. another person, or even another onbject). such idea, though, lies more in the area of #spiritual #experince than a general #science, but, nevertheless, it’s worth to know. maybe if every person would know that another being is a part of themselves, it was less #violence in our world.
