I bought a replacement planner, a sticker pack and a roll of tape. What arrived was all this.
Not only was there a free reusable bag, but free gift labels and a postcard, and it came nicely wrapped in this fancy box with tissue paper and a sticker. It felt like opening up a kit, rather than just "the stuff I ordered in a box". The experience was actually *worth* having to order online and pay for shipping etc.
