This is, at best, a misleading attempt @ making Quebecers feel better off than they really are

If the avg Canadian in R.O.C. earned 50000, while in Quebec it was 40000, the new numbers, w/ percentages factored in, would be 59500 & 51200, respectively.

Conclusion:
Quebec still lags behind, hence the lion's share of #EqualizationPayments from the Fed gov
