A unidade da Fundação Bradesco em Pinheiro (MA) está com inscrições abertas para três cursos gratuitos de curta duração: Casa e costura básica, Word na prática e Práticas administrativas. Ao todo, são 82 vagas distribuídas entre as formações, que ocorrem de forma presencial ao longo do mês de agosto.
Os cursos integram o programa de Formação Inicial Continuada (FIC) e têm como objetivo desenvolver competências práticas, técnicas e comportamentais alinhadas às exigências do mercado de trabalho local. As inscrições podem ser feitas pela internet ou presencialmente na secretaria da escola, localizada na avenida Amador Aguiar, S/N, Antigo Aeroporto.
Desenhamos esses cursos com base nas necessidades reais da região de Pinheiro. A proposta é oferecer formações que tenham impacto direto na empregabilidade e na vida das pessoas. Educação é um dos caminhos mais eficazes para promover inclusão social e desenvolvimento pessoal

- Perfil profissional de conclusão: desenvolve no aluno habilidades básicas de costura e produção artesanal para aplicação em atividades autônomas ou de geração de renda;
- Pré-requisito: idade mínima de 16 anos; ensino fundamental concluído ou cursando.
Word na prática
- Período: 5 de agosto a 12 de setembro de 2025 (35 vagas disponíveis);
- Turno: noite (19h às 21h, terças e quintas-feiras);
- Carga horária: 45 horas;
- Perfil profissional de conclusão: capacita o aluno a elaborar documentos com diferentes estilos de formatação, inserir tabelas, imagens e gráficos, com foco na boa comunicação e apresentação visual;
- Pré-requisito: idade mínima de 16 anos; ensino médio concluído ou cursando e conhecimento básico de informática.
Práticas administrativas
- Período: 11 de agosto a 1º de outubro de 2025 (35 vagas disponíveis);
- Turno: noite (19h às 21h, segundas a quintas-feiras);
- Carga horária: 60 horas;
- Perfil profissional de conclusão: prepara o aluno para executar atividades administrativas rotineiras em empresas e organizações, com foco em organização, planejamento e comunicação corporativa;
- Pré-requisito: idade mínima de 16 anos; ensino médio concluído ou cursando.

ally ill patients with augmented renal clearance. DESIGN Single-centre, retrospective study. SETTING French University Hospital ICU from November 2016 to May 2019. PATIENTS Adult patients with augmented renal clearance who had a measurement of iohexol plasma clearance. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE Agreement between 6 h creatinine clearance (6 h CrCl) and iohexol plasma clearance (GFRio). RESULTS Twenty-nine patients were included. The median 6 h creatinine clearance was 195 [interquartile range (IQR) 162 to 251] ml min−1 1.73 m−2 and iohexol clearance was 133 [117 to 153] ml min−1 1.73 m−2. Sixteen patients (55%) had hyperfiltration (clearance >130 ml min−1 1.73 m−2) measured with iohexol clearance. Mean bias between iohexol and creatinine clearance was −80 [limits of agreement (LoA) −216 to 56 ml min−1 1.73 m−2]. For Cockcroft and Gault Modification of Diet in Renal Disease equation (MDRD), Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration equation (CKD-EPI) formulae, mean biases were, respectively −27 (LoA −99 to 45), −14 (LoA −86 to 59) and 15 (LoA −33 to 64) ml min−1 1.73 m−2. CONCLUSION In the present study, we found that in patients with augmented renal creatinine clearance, half of the patients do not have hyperfiltration using iohexol clearance measurements. We observed an important bias between 6 h CrCl and GFRio with large LoA. In critically patients with ARC, 6 h CrCl does not reliably estimate GFR and 6 h CrCl nearly systematically overestimates renal function. Comparison of creatinine-based GFR estimations and GFRio show acceptable bias but wide LoA....

nce a patient's outcome. OBJECTIVES To study the prevalence of cardiac dysfunction (as assessed by echocardiography) in patients with SAH and its effect on clinical outcomes. DESIGN Systematic review of observational studies. DATA SOURCES We performed a systematic search over the last 20 years on MEDLINE and EMBASE databases. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Studies reporting echocardiography findings in adult patients with SAH admitted to intensive care. Primary outcomes were in-hospital mortality and poor neurological outcome according to the presence or absence of cardiac dysfunction. RESULTS We included a total of 23 studies (4 retrospective) enrolling 3511 patients. The cumulative frequency of cardiac dysfunction was 21% (725 patients), reported as regional wall motion abnormality in the vast majority of studies (63%). Due to the heterogeneity of clinical outcome data reporting, a quantitative analysis was carried out only for in-hospital mortality. Cardiac dysfunction was associated with a higher in-hospital mortality [odds ratio 2.69 (1.64 to 4.41); P < 0.001; I2 = 63%]. The GRADE of evidence assessment resulted in very low certainty of evidence. CONCLUSION About one in five patients with SAH develops cardiac dysfunction, which seems to be associated with higher in-hospital mortality. The consistency of cardiac and neurological data reporting is lacking, reducing the comparability of the studies in this field....
