I made #cornedbeefhash for the first time tonight! 🤯

Never had it before & didn’t know what to expect but we really enjoyed it with the minor changes I made. Since we’re a small household I only made a half-batch.

I didn’t have enough potatoes onhand so I used half baby #taro or #eddoes which was neat cuz you couldn’t tell the difference in taste/texture compared to the potatoes, plus I also added #garlic 😅
