After having to embarrass myself earlier by asking one of our robot overlords to help me drive ed(1) I have ordered a copy of @mwl's #EdMastery book. Yes, the one he released as an #AprilFool. Have now read the #ebook version and ... it contains just what I needed and what CoPilot helped me with. I therefore recommend that you all buy it.

Tror jag vinner VM i nördighet med denna julklapp till mig själv. Ska avnjuta den i soffan under mellandagarna för att varva ner ordentligt

I will never reach inbox zero.

My inbox has a message from Ken Thompson giving me a quote to promote #EdMastery, and it will sit in front and center in my inbox FOREVER.

"See? Microsoft Word has nothing on ed. NOTHING"

Define "current" and "maintained."

When I was writing #edMastery, I found that even Centos & Debian ed were not 100% compatible. Each BSD has their own.

“If you write a #regex that looks for slashes, it starts to resemble the jaw of a Tyrannosaurus.”
@mwlucas, #edmastery

😂😂😂

@mwlucas I want to tell you that #edmastery is very good to read, especially for a non-native reader. The language is easy to understand and the structure is easy to follow.

I currently read 50% and I like it! 🙂
