Testing some colour behaviour in my sketchbook. In the good one with the fancy schmancy watercolour paper.
Also, endless love for ultramarine & burnt siena (PBr 7). Never get tired of how they interact with each other.

Ich fand die Rinde so spannend im Originalfoto. Ich hab mir schon viele Freiheiten genommen, um das Motiv auf meine Weise einzufangen und letztlich mag ich den Wurzelpart lieber als die Rinde 😂
