@esg I can recommend a simple feedback matrix:
- what workedβ¨- what needs to change (constructive criticism)β¨- any questions to answerβ¨- new ideas to try out
Afterwards you can cluster the topics and prioritize using #dotocracy. Finally, define action points (incl. responsibilities and timeline) and / or key learnings.

@ataustin I designed a process for similar questions. We started with a simple feedback matrix from #designthinking & followed the #doublediamond idea. The feedback matrix gave us so much input!
Feedback matrix:
- what worked
- what needs to change (constructive criticism)
- any questions to answer
- new ideas to try out
To prioritize our topics within the matrix we used #dotocracy. Then we worked on each topic separately.
