Woohoo!

Something I've been slowly working on in my project is finally fully implemented!

Each of my tenant businesses can choose terminology that is specific to their business/location/state laws, and those terms are used in templates, forms, and urls throughout the application for all of their customers.

Should I roll this all into a #django package?

Any django folks out there with multi-tenant apps who would find this helpful?

And... Done! Before the week ended even!

django-tomselect 2024.12.2 is published

Use Tom Select (tom-select.js.org) in your #Django projects.

I spent a way, way, waaaaaaaay too much time on this new package version 😬

Almost a complete rewrite.

But I am so happy with the result.

- Much better tested and reliable.
- Lots more functionality.
- The most detailed usage guide you'll ever see.

django-pint-field: Store, validate, and convert physical quantities in Django using Pint.

I'll write about it this weekend and post again once I do.

Here's a Django package I've been working on for a couple of years now. I find it super handy for B2B & B2B2C SaaS apps, but it's maybe a bit niche outside of those.

https://django-tenant-options.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html

Why might you want to try it out?

Imagine you are building a B2B SaaS app, and there are forms used by your tenants for CRUD - either to their customers or for internal employees...
