At #BER Airport „self service“ baggage drop off I could very well continue the empirical work of C. Pentzold and colleagues on self-service supermarket cashiers (#dgpuk23 #dgpuk2023). Default is „needs assistance“, assumptions and tinkering about adequate position of device for scanning, „it just needs a bit of time“ after 45sec of trying 🙈 (en route to #ica23)
