Ok my sibling is a nyc resident who carpools into Manhattan a few days a week and was STONE COLD against congestion pricing until it happened Freaking LOVES #DecongestionPricing now. Traffic is much lighter and commute times predictable. Totally worth the cost!

So what I'm hearing is: Yes we absolutely should have a Per-Mile Road-User Fee that increases with Vehicle Gross Weight to fund our roadway network.

Enjoyed my day trip to London yesterday. Amazed by the contrast in traffic congestion between outer and central districts. Decongestion Charge + plentiful public transport makes urban life better for everyone: pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers.
