I am stuck on at least a few names for the Ladybird Witch, but I figure I should ask for some input while I ping pong between AUs.
What do y'all think of the following names?
(This is all I got, sorry)

[Lucefiro, the Stained Glass witch, his nature is Blind Rage.
When enraged, the witch's gentle nature is put to the wayside; the skulls that ram through the witch's stained glass visage are of a wolf, a ram, and a snake- vicious hunters protecting a long suffering and angered scapegoat. He hurls flaming pieces of glass as he tries to punish whomever tries to either interrupt the sinner's punishments or further disrupt the silent, eternal sermon. Notably, he is a witch of two souls, so hence his dual natures.]
After 5 (ish) years, Lucefiro's second form has at least a concept design.
While some haven't guessed it, Lucefiro is the witch form of Doppio/Diavolo at Puer Magius!AU's end; they don't get to live to the end of it, sadly- while it seem Doppio perishes in the fire, the truth is... more obvious. The witch's forms differ as a reference to how in the original canon (and this AU) Doppio and Diavolo share a body; the form representing Doppio is more in line with his wish in this AU (to protect his adoptive father's church) and the form representing Diavolo is the pure opposite, breaking the 'holy' illusion the witch gives off.
(Also, while Lucefiro doesn't have an appearance in what I'm dubbing Dual Despairs!AU, I may pull some odd plot twist to have him show up)
One of the more important plot points (with the whole 'witches+grief seeds seperated from persona magia+soul gems' thing that is the general point of the plot and all) is that one of the protagonist's witches is potentially a ticking time bomb unless its respective magus is able to grow up (which, given the system in this AU, is efficent and lenient). Here are some notes about this witch in general (and despite my chronic cryptic bitch syndrome, I think you guys might figure out who's witch this is, even before I post the designs):
> The witch's type is 'ladybird' with an ambitious nature. It has a general ladybug+putti motif, and has a scarf that can act as a prehensile limb, and a ladybug and elytra (the wing cases on beetles, iirc) have functioning eyes. It also has petal-like inner wings that it uses to fly, like real beetles do.
> Its motives are to reach its dreams on its own, however it is cursed with impressive good luck that renders any efforts and hard work it has undertaken to reach its goals meaningless as it reaches it goals all too easy; for example, if it tries to avoid killing an opponent, something in its barrier will kill them on the spot, rendering the entire fight moot. It's very disappointed when it happens, too.
> It can speak, but it's... terse and so, so whisper quiet that you'd barely register its voice and think you're hallucinating it, like it's carried by the wind. Also, unlike Bebe/Charlotte, it doesn't speak in gibberish noises and speaks in one to two words sentences that come off as cryptic.
> Its despair tainted final form- at least as seen by SQB8's nightmares and visions/hallucinations- seems to tower over buildings and its barrier seems to encompass the globe and the surrounding magic turns people into gold statues overgrown by ivy and flowers and vines growing over everything. (Sort of like Krimheild Gretchen ending the world in 10 days at some point)
One of the crossover AUs I have has the following premise; one day, witches have suddenly split off from Puella Magi and end up as essentially shadows of their respective Magi and doing their own thing- at first all the incubators panic (as much as an emotionless being hive mind can panic) because that's not what's supposed to happen- but then they realize 'hey this outputs way more energy than the old system due to constant witch revival in battles, this isn't so bad' and decided to leave it.
Meanwhile, SQB8, a failed incubator prototype with amnesia and a soul gem is trying to locate a 'golden haired Puer Magius' to prevent the apocalypse since the current system has the nasty caveat of a witch going berzerk if their respective Persona Magia dies, and the boy in question has a witch that can end everything if this happens.
Also the greater scheme antagonist is that old as hell incubator who seems too tired to even care but resents the new Persona Magia system and wants to kill whoever made the wish to change the system and is also willing to find a canidate to revert the system back to the exploititive way it was, and damn the consquences...
The first time I draw Alina, it's with her canon magical girl outfit fused with the gold Terraria armor and other equipment I have on the character based on her on my Switch copy of the game. Blasphemous. (It may be an AU design but still)
(Also an Old Dorothy riding a bubble of Pathogen Tempera)
Okay, so Five Nights at Insomnia Castle was a FFXV+FNaF AU where the main quartet+Luna+Ardyn were the animatronics of an attraction called Dreamland Castle, but instead of dead kids possessing the animatronics, it was starscourge ghosts/daemons. Aranea was also a night guard, and I think she didn't take any of this haunted animatronic bullshit.
Also the Golden Freddy/Fredbear equivalent was an animatronic of Somnus.
I never really finished it bc I lost confidence in continuing the AU. Also, I worked in a mess hall at the time.
Finished the redesign of Terraria/CrimsTerra!Diavolo- yes, this is another AU where Diavolo is a seperate entity from Doppio- somewhat based on the character based on him I made on my Switch copy of Terraria.
Storywise, he's a failed clone the Crimson hive mind tried to make after failing to turn Doppio into an intelligent avatar of the the hive mind; unfortunately he was quarantined after trying to kill and assimilate Doppio into himself, and ended with a taste for Doppio's blood on top of that alongside from a mental bond. He can also shapeshift and mimic to an extent, but his emotions (which are somewhat seperate from the Crimson hive mind itself) can immediately cause messy glamour failure to the point mouths and eyes start to sprout all over his skin.

Another Terraria/Crimsterra!AU drawing- Doppio is working himself to the bone again (that's gonna be the least of his worries)
May draw more of this AU if unless I get a second building again.
Sort a redraw of Crimsterra!AU Doppio before the party I'm at starts.
(I'm actually retoolling the AU later)
["Boss, 'fraid this asshole couldn't be reasoned with."
"*What's the plan now?*"
"...unless he can find make his way downstairs, he'll be dead by sunrise."]
Finished this last night/early morning; yes, it's a AU pic, but I figure I'm gonna try to make for myself from now on (unless, of course, the serpent once again consumes its tail)
As a side note, decapitating a vampire with a window is not really much of a possible feat, but it is cool.
