Make the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority or MTA share the revenue they collect for Triborough Bridge crossings with NYC DOT to make sure NYC gets some of that money. Most everyone crossing that bridge also crosses the Bronx via the Cross Bronx Expressway and the people who live in the Bronx don't get a dime.

I went to the virtual Reimagine the #CrossBronx I-95 session tonight.
Its a study and opportunity to address serious environmental injustice in #TheBronx in #NYC by building a highway through thriving, multi-cultural neighborhoods 70 years ago. Communities today are still physically divided and continue to deal with air pollution, noise, and other issues related to having a highway in their backyard. See pics for other upcoming sessions.
