NEWARK - The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANY/NJ) on April 5 reported kicking off a two-year, $430 million program to upgrade stations, tracks, bridges and railcars at PATH (Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corp.), the fifth-busiest rapid transit system in the United States.

Make the Port Authority of NY NJ share the revenue they collect for GWB crossings with NYC DOT to make sure NYC gets some of that money. Most everyone crossing that bridge also crosses the Bronx via the Cross Bronx Expressway and the people who live in the Bronx don't get a dime.
