To get Gigabit #Internet in #SanPedro we have only one choice. #CoxCable. I was paying $155 per month to get gigabit speeds without getting penalized by their small data cap. It was already ridiculous. This month, the cost went up $30 for NO REASON. #monopolies destroy competition and harm everyone. We need to #RegulateInternetProviders including all of the #Wireless companies. They all have horrible customer satisfaction for a reason.

Called #coxcable to cancel my service having used #verizon5G for the last four months. They make you speak to a person so they can a retention pitch which went like:

Me: I'm calling to cancel my cable
Them: Why are you doing that?
Me: I've switched to Verzion 5G
Them: Oh 5G is TERRIBLE
Me: I'm really happy with it
Them: You'll only get 50 megabits
Me: Actually I get 200 most of the time
Them: Wait until you get that desktop throttling!
