Scrapped through. That’s pretty much summed up this win.

It’s a win given by a missed penalty by their captain, an inch of space that separated the attacker from the defender that chalked off their extra-time winner.

I thought Onana was off his line for Coventry's fourth penalty but the officials must have thought otherwise because it wasn't taken again.

Apart from the dodgy penalty, Coventry put up a great fight. Would have been well worth a spot in the final (and probably had more chance of beating City...)

Crushing to score in the last minute of extra time and have it ruled out by VAR for offside. Almost evens up the dodgy penalty gift from VAR earlier.

Also if you try to do a "cute" penalty (looking at you, Casemiro), you should be dumped out of the squad and forced to do 1000 hours of community service.
