With cooler weather I’m willing to participate in #canningseason in #michigan. It has to align with what’s available in our forlorn, little #farmersmarket because my #garden is not productive enough, only enough for fresh dinner here and there. I did get a good #garlic crop and so that was my contribution to the smokey #salsa and #cornrelish. Checked who survived the #WaterBathCanning vacuum test this morning, lost 4 of 27, I’ll take it! The loss is delicious and will be consumed right away!
