Conger eel (Conger conger) lips. Although this is a Juvenile you can just about make out its backward facing teeth. Once they grab a hold of something they don't tend to let go. BUT - They have two pectoral fins either side of their head and if you tickle under these they release their grip. I've no idea why!!
