SturmflutI challenge you to show me something more cursed than Geographic Information System file formats. I know at least a hundred different ones, most have subvariants and can encode data in 9000 ways. Some even store each dataset as a collection of files and if you are missing one... things happen.
(I'm definitely not going to regret this challenge)
