This is all part of the #CompBioMed project (@bio_comp)
And to get to this idealised representation of the virtual Human we need to get researchers access to computing and understanding.

Over the past decade, the #CompBioMed Centre of Excellence has strongly promoted the use of computational methods in medicine. 52 universities, companies and research institutes such as the LRZ have been working on the digital transformation of medicine and the computer-aided development of new drugs.

We spoke to Peter Coveney, Professor of Physical Chemistry and Computer Science and Director of CompBioMed, about their work: https://www.lrz.de/presse/ereignisse/2024-09-12-CompBioMed-Results/
