Aktion Sauberes Münster

Wir waren gestern mit Ehrenamtlichen vom #DLRG auf dem Dortmund-Ems-Kanal unterwegs und haben im Wasser und an Land Müll und Schrott gesammelt.
Dabei ist einiges zusammengekommen.

Besser als Müllsammeln ist natürlich Müllvermeidung, daher fordern wir weiterhin wirksame Maßnahmen von der Stadt, etwa die Einführung einer Verpackungssteuer.

Natürlich sind wir auch dabei am Lene-Voigt-Park am Rutschenturm und laden euch ein, mit dafür zu sorgen, dass unsere Stadt etwas schöner wird und uns kennen zu lernen.

Goat pen #2 defenced. This was a horrible mess. The fence was buried deep and dozens of thorny fuckers had integrated themselves with it.

After much trying to free things up, I just tore it up with the excavator and dragged out the pieces. Still had to cut a few of them.

Then dug out the thorny fucker roots so they don't come back and sifted through where the fence had been. Only a few chunks of steel by the gate, but glad I found them as they do make a mess of the mower when you hit them.

Same for the bricks that came out and the rotavator.

Some of the soil was still frozen, which didn't help at all.

I knew there were also a few things underneath the shed, but difficult to access or even look.

So today I grabbed a firepoker with long handle and fished out what I could reach.

There was quite a bit more than expected!

Probably should call #AntsPants to pick up the parts for his machine park 😆

The little wheel might be a roller from a DT-75 chain tractor, which I found other parts for. Not sure what the door is from, green is usually JUMZ but it looks like a T-40 door. Nor the propeller!

Pulling on a piece of hydraulic hose that was stuck I thought it would be funny if a whole cylinder came out and voila, it did. Although it's completely rotten.
