Just came across the #ChristianHall story. Seems as though he had a pellet gun, the officers thought it was real, and they shot and killed him when he refused to put it down.

Now Hall wasn’t aiming the gun at the officers, and his hands were outstretched with the gun pointing to the side, away from his body and also away from the officers. Still, he refused to put the gun down.

Does this sound like a justified shooting to you?
