more #chompi chomps. this time, experimented with getting a little more arrange-y by recording a base track (the intro/outro) then recording a few melodic variations on top of that. some very basic #ableton work to stitch the various samples together.

some late night #chompi. a chill, lush beat that almost didn't go this direction.

layers in order they were laid down:

- drums (great sample from The Drum Broker, I can't remember who tho)
- that funky off-key bass
- the lush ahhhhs
- the ring-y bell

I have some other variations where I tried to plop a melody on top but it got way too busy/muddy. This version was just right:

side note: i need to figure out where all that noise on the line is coming from. pretty sure it's somewhere early in the eurorack setup. there are so many dang hops in the chain, so lots of possible entry points.
