LIMESTONE, VIC. — Late yesterday afternoon, Sunday, January 4, 2026, at around 5.51pm, High Angle Rescue Teams (HART) were called after a woman became trapped near the Cheviot railway tunnel.

A walk up The Cheviot, the only good thing about walking up The Cheviot is that you then don't have to ever walk up it again for at least 20 years. Then back around Hedgehope, which I think was the first place I wild camped on my own? about 20 years ago.

About 17km I think, but the hills were absolutely crowded today, I saw at least 3, maybe 4, other people in 5 hours of hiking
