I've transitioned over to this instance, so I'm doing a new #Introduction post.

I'm a law professor at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, and my research focuses on the #SecondAmendment, #firearms law & the regulation of state and private #violence. I'm particularly interested in the distributional effects of the legal regime governing violence & its tools.

I'm currently co-authoring a #2ndAm #casebook, teach a #2A class & am an affiliated scholar with #Duke Law's Center for Firearms Law.
