We have 2 times on the schedule this year:
Saturday, 6:30pm
Friday, 7:30pm (if it will rain on Saturday)
If that schedule looks confusing, we will be monitoring weather as the con gets closer and make a decision on how to proceed by the start of the convention.
We will be meeting in Main Events (Ballroom A). To give everyone time to show up, we will not leave for at least 30 minutes.
