Here in Philly I have seen a increase of mask wearing outside go up by 0%. If you were someone who masked already you were wearing a mask. Saw so many people outside doing stuff, 3 housewives working on their landscaping like this was noting. My lungs burn without a mask. Probably just another day for smokers #Canadaforestfires.
