That's Krk Bridge, 1430 m (~4700 ft) long bridge connecting the island Krk with the Croatian mainland. That concrete arch is the longest concrete arch in the world outside China, and the third longest globally, and among the longest arches in the world regardless of the construction.

Built by Yugoslavian companies Mostogradnja and Hidroelektra, it was opened in 1980, and at the time of the construction it was the longest concrete arch in the world.
