Ready for the #threegoodthings from Boxing Day?
1. Yesterday morning just before everyone went home my niece and I were cuddled up on the sofa eating breadsticks when my sister entered the room and told me that the only person she would usually cuddle up with like that was her and I felt very honoured.
2. Whilst my partner drove my sister and family home (none of them drive) my Dad made up a big plate of sandwiches and fruitcake which we ate whilst we decompressed and watched a programme about hurricane chasers.
3. All round had a markedly quieter more restful day than the one before, as soon as my niece went home the cat ran down the stairs to rejoin the party not to mention with a quieter house I slept through the night 😊
