Beautiful book! The artwork is truly stunning, reminding me of Dave McKean's work in Black Orchid. The story is beautifully written (prose), but a bit clichéd (musician makes a deal with the devil for talent). Personally, I think if Ram V had omitted the supernatural element, this would have been a true masterpiece. Still a really good read!

Es ist hervorragend gestaltet und handelt von einem Jazz Musiker, der sich mit den Geistern der Vergangenheit konfrontiert sieht. Regt an zum nachdenken darüber, was ein gelingendes Leben ausmacht und über die selbstzerstörerischen Aspekte beim Streben nach dem (künstlerisch) außergewöhnlichen.
