Looks like the method where you cut a square into two triangles, stitch the edges and cut the tape like a spiral is the best in terms of sustainability. This tape on the photo was 70x70cm and I cut it into 5cm wide tape. I got almost 8.5 metres and no waste.

Yes, I really need that much bias tape, it's for piping on bags.

Ok, following up from a previous post about bias tape. I apologize in the low light quality of pics, but this is probably one of the best things I've printed for my various hobbies.

Nice! I managed to sew some PVC to cloth to make myself a zipped, see-through pocket for all my essential sewing gear. I used #BiasTape to attach everything so I got away without any fancy presser foot, IIRC. Still using the pocket after 5 years although it could use some repair.
