So, Iron Man 3 has its whole “back to basics” vibe like Rocky 3 but I can’t place the Apollo character. Might be Pepper?
Iron Man: Tony has to win Pepper.
Iron Man 2: He gives Pepper control and has to prove himself to her.
Iron Man 3: I love you, but you need to get your shit together, Balboa.
That makes Mickey’s death the Battle of New York.
