glad to see Air Canada will explore other service partners - BUT THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT told the man he'd have to drag himslef of the plane. Perhaps #aircanada needs a good long look in the mirror to see how their staff perhaps performed #belowexpectations? (putting it as politely as possible) (FWIW, I have travelled with mobility impaired family members domestically and overseas - and for the most ground crew and flight crew are excellent, but there are more than enough exceptions to say policies and training are inadequate, and evidence that the industry really needs to get its act together on this issue_
