With my nose cleared up, I can finally enjoy this fresh bag of Zellie Beans #coffee from Sugarland just outside of #Houston.

First pull with default grind at 20g was pretty sloppy. Couple notches down on the grind size at 19g and it came out just right, around a 20s pull.

Taste is OK if I’m being honest. Wife says she prefers the Greenway, and I agree. There’s not a lot going on here. If you like a dead simple chocolatey medium dark espresso, this is it.

Ran out of oat milk so I subbed half with 2% cow tiddy milk that I had around and the result as a flat white is incredible.

The lightness of oat milk and all the microfoamability of milk!

On occasion, I would swap out oat milk for whole milk in my #espresso drinks.

No particular rationale. Just to mix things up.

I’ve never had much of a preference for one or the other. But with this 4th carton of Oatly in a row, I’m thinking I’m done with dairy milk in my coffee.
