Animal Family

Egyptian photographer Mohamed Mahdy discovered a family from Cairo during his morning walks along the coast of Agamy near Alexandria. They were summering with their animals - horses, dogs, monkeys and birds - who they regard as members of their family. During the year the horses are used in weddings and festivities but for a few days each summer the whole ‘family’ retreats to the coast for a few days of carefree vacation.
