I think that us using #base10 is suboptimal. #base2 / #base16, #base12 or #base60 would be the better choice - sorry to all the cultures that had to switch. But switching now would not work. Maybe a visit by technologically superior aliens would work.im not sure.

I came across a functioning coder today asking if a kilogram was 1000 or 1024 grams. Yes they did ask, yes they verified, yes they accepted 1000 grams. I swear ten thousand years in the future some fucker will 'oops, black hole!' 'cos they began in comp sci and learned kilo = 1024 first and NOBODY WILL CATCH IT. Humanity will be WIPED OUT because YOU LOT KEPT THIS SHIT UP.

Hello, we've created a Mastodon account to keep you all up to date with what we're doing! #themes #base16 #base24 #tintedtheming
Almost done...
#selhosted #cgit custom theme based on #base16 colorscheme.
Coming up pretty nicely!

Should I tell the world that I made a #base16 color scheme #generator that can use fixed or randomized hues with fixed or randomized saturation/luminance and looks great in 75% of the cases? (Some hues just dont fit together, I may need to tweak the algorithm to filter them out)

I also want to enable a switch for light themes, as I want to try a light theme but probably also need to learn how to turn down brightness on wayland displays.

Still so much stuff to do, yet I've come such a long way.

Mon apprentissage #go avance bien :)

Pouvez vous tester et me retourner la capture d'écran ?

I have been using the excellent Dracula theme ( https://draculatheme.com/ ), and have enjoyed its ports to many of the apps I use

But this weekend, I discovered the #base16 themes system ( https://github.com/chriskempson/base16 ) which makes feasible to switch to a bunch of other themes with similar coverage

So, I've switched over to Rose Pine ( https://rosepinetheme.com/ ) for something slightly darker, seems nice :)

Dracula Theme

Dracula is a color scheme for code editors and terminal emulators such as Vim, Notepad++, iTerm, VSCode, Terminal.app, ZSH, and much more.

@postroutine I use a modified #base16 theme, with the #nordic colors
