I am truly disappointed that Google will not show me any actual images of men #ballmaxxing.

I just want to say for the record that I have actually in the past seen videos of a person injecting saline into their scrotum, so I know what's involved, and I've seen people do this to their breasts, as well, I'm just totally disappointed that Google is censoring this.
