📈 Dumbbell Preacher Curls 💪

Dumbbell preacher curls are great for isolating the biceps, especially the brachialis.

1️⃣ Hold the dumbbell with an underhand (supinated) grip.

2️⃣ Keep your wrist neutral—don’t flex or extend it too much.

3️⃣ Take 2-3 seconds to lower the dumbbell to fully extend your arm.

4️⃣ Pause for a second at the top to maximize contraction.
