Andrew Bolt, Melbourne's very own far right newspaper bigot is too stupid to write a coherent article. First he maligns the far right as stupid, then calls a senior lawyer a QC.
This person is actually a KC, Kings Counsel, as a little known British aristocrat called Elizabeth Windsor died last year.

A few things that can be true at the same time:

1. The High Court’s decision to quash George #Pell’s conviction for sex offences because there were grounds for reasonable doubt that he could have committed the offences was, in fact, correct;
2. George Pell did, in fact commit those offences;
3. George Pell could be a witty and amiable conversationalist in the company of his fellow conservatives;
4. George Pell could be actively, and viciously, hostile to Catholics - gay Catholics, for example - who challenged his doctrinaire interpretation of the Catholic faith;

7. George Pell’s “Melbourne Response” was designed to protect the assets & reputation of the Catholic Church in Australia, not help the victims of child sexual abuse.

Some things that will never be true:

1. George Pell was persecuted for his faith - George was a persecutor;
2. George Pell is a "saint of our times".
3. George Pell was "a man, flawed but holy, martyred by pagans to pay for their sins." (#AndrewBolt #Bolt)
