Some kind of „fun“ fact to this is, that I donated that much money that I was amongst those who could attend the dinner with the Amiga developers. But I didn‘t attended the venue because donating some hundred bucks to make it happen is one thing. Travelling from Germany to the US is another thing because of the additional costs (like 10-20x the donated amount) and - even more important to me - the travel rules after 9/11 are that kind that I will never travel to the USA ever as long those in force.
Today this is even worse! I can only recommend to everyone not to travel under any circumstance to the States.
