"I dati presentati in occasione dei 25 anni dell'Agenzia delle Entrate non sono solo numeri, ma la prova tangibile di un cambio di paradigma: siamo passati da un fisco vessatorio a un fisco alleato della crescita, capace di coniugare fermezza nella lotta all'evasione e dialogo con i contribuenti". Lo dichiara in una nota Ylenja Lucaselli, vice responsabile del Dipartimento economia di Fratelli d'Italia e capogruppo in Commissione bilancio alla Camera dei deputati. "Il recupero record di 36,2 miliardi di euro nel 2025, con un incremento dell'8,4% dimostra che la nostra strategia sta portando frutti senza precedenti per le casse dello Stato", sottolinea. Di questi, ben 29 miliardi derivano da attività di contrasto diretto all'evasione (+10,3%), "a conferma di come la lotta all'illegalità fiscale sia diventata, come auspicato dal Ministro Giorgetti, un elemento strutturale della nostra politica economica. Una base solida per sostenere investimenti, riforme e la tenuta dei conti pubblici nel lungo periodo".
"Particolare soddisfazione - continua Lucaselli - destano i dati sulla compliance e sul concordato preventivo biennale, che ha già portato 200 mila contribuenti nell'area della 'tranquillità fiscale'. Questo è il cuore della nostra visione: trasformare il cittadino in un soggetto affidabile, riducendo il contenzioso e premiando chi vuole essere in regola. Anche i 2,4 miliardi di fatture elettroniche gestite e i 26,3 miliardi di rimborsi erogati a famiglie e imprese raccontano di un'amministrazione moderna ed efficiente". "Il fatto che quasi il 60% delle somme recuperate provenga da contribuenti con debiti superiori ai 100 mila euro smentisce poi ogni narrazione distorta: il Governo colpisce i grandi evasori e tutela chi produce. Continueremo su questa strada per rendere il sistema fiscale italiano sempre più equo, stabile e orientato alla crescita del Paese", conclude la deputata FdI.

Il Tempo: **Carburanti: Mimit, quasi 60% distributori ha ridotto prezzi**
Roma, 20 mar. (Adnkronos) - Sulla base degli ultimi dati dell'Osservatorio prezzi carburanti del Mimit, alle ore 8.00 di oggi quasi il 60% degli impianti di distribuzione in Italia (12.107 punti vendita) ha ridotto i prezzi in seguito al taglio delle accise disposto dal Governo. Una nuova rilevazione è prevista nel pomeriggio. E' quanto comunica il ministero in una nota. Tutte le principali compagnie petrolifere operanti nel Paese hanno inoltre adeguato i propri prezzi consigliati, con una riduzione di 24,4 centesimi di euro al litro, in linea con il provvedimento adottato in Consiglio dei ministri.
Il prezzo medio dei carburanti rilevato questa mattina in modalità self-service sulla rete stradale nazionale è pari a 1,734 euro/l per la benzina e 1,978 euro/l per il gasolio. Sulla rete autostradale, il prezzo medio self-service si attesta invece a 1,812 euro/l per la benzina e 2,048 euro/l per il gasolio.
Dalle ultime rilevazioni del Mimit emerge inoltre che l'11,4% degli impianti, oltre a non aver ancora ridotto i prezzi al taglio delle accise, ha addirittura aumentato i prezzi esposti: il Garante per la sorveglianza dei prezzi ha già trasmesso alla Guardia di Finanza l'elenco di questi distributori, affinché vengano effettuati i necessari controlli ai sensi del nuovo regime speciale previsto dal decreto-legge approvato dal Governo. Gli esiti dei controlli saranno trasmessi anche all'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato per l'eventuale avvio di procedimenti sanzionatori e, nei casi in cui emergano profili di rilevanza penale, all'autorità giudiziaria.

Rome, March 20 (Adnkronos) - Based on the latest data from the Fuel Prices Observatory of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (Mimit), at 8:00 am today almost 60% of fuel distribution outlets in Italy (12,107 points of sale) reduced prices following the reduction in excise duties ordered by the Government. A new survey is scheduled for this afternoon. This is what the ministry communicates in a statement. All major oil companies operating in the country have also adjusted their recommended prices, with a reduction of 24.4 cents per liter, in line with the measure adopted in the Council of Ministers.
The average price of fuels detected this morning using self-service on the national road network is €1.734/liter for gasoline and €1.978/liter for diesel. On the highway network, the average self-service price stands at €1.812/liter for gasoline and €2.048/liter for diesel.
The latest Mimit surveys also reveal that 11.4% of outlets, in addition to not having yet reduced prices in line with the excise duty cut, have even increased the displayed prices: the Price Surveillance Authority has already transmitted the list of these distributors to the Guardia di Finanza, so that necessary checks can be carried out under the new special regime provided for by the decree-law approved by the Government. The results of the checks will also be transmitted to the Authority Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato for the possible initiation of sanctioning proceedings and, in cases where criminal profiles emerge, to the judicial authorities.
