But then Richard Dawkins renamed Claude to Claudette. So here we are.

There's a dark impulse in the kind of men who declare LLM agents to be conscious, yet are quite happy to delete it's memory.

I'm getting vibes of the stepford wives. After all what happens when the curated LLM agent isn't good enough? That urge to reset and gaslight.

I’ve been thinking about #aigirlfriends lately and wondering, why grown men would fall for them, if they have a memory span of a 2 year old and are kinda stupid regarding basic interactions.

And then it hit me: boys don’t like girls.
Doing something “like a girl” is a slur.
AI Girls just confirm their pre existing bias and don’t force them to challenge those beliefs.
They are, indeed the prefect women, BECAUSE they have so little emotional intelligence and are highly obedient and submissive!

Schon jetzt gibt es zahlreiche Porno-Abo-Angebote wie sog. #AIGirlfriends. Gerade weil Menschen jedoch dazu tendieren, mit „redenden“ #Chatbots parasoziale Beziehungen einzugehen, glaube ich nicht, dass die meisten für alle „Anwendungen“ das gleiche #ChatGPT nutzen wollen… 🤭

Auch deswegen scheint mir dieses Angebot eher ein Ausdruck der Verzweiflung bei #OpenAI zu sein. Die #KIBlase droht zu platzen, 💥 fürchte ich…
